We currently charge a flat rate for shipping of NZ$7.00, this includes to rural areas.
All orders above NZ$150.00 (excl. Taxes) qualify for Free Shipping.
Once your order has been processed it will normally take between 2 – 7 days to reach you.
If your item is not what you had hoped for, or if you have simply changed your mind, we will gladly offer an exchange; online store credit or a refund.
Please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order and tell us whether you’d like to return or exchange your purchase.
Email us and we will arrange this for you.
To make this process even easier, we include a return shipping label with your original order (for reasons beyond our control, return shipping labels are not available for rural addresses).
- Initial and return shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty. Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault or inaccuracy and we will fix the issue right away.
- We need to get your items back in unused and original condition. We can’t give a full refund if the items were damaged while in your care, so please repackage your item carefully.
- Refunds processed to an international credit card will be done so using the exchange rate on the day the refund is processed.
- We will be in contact when we have received your order back.
